The British Academy of Jewellery would like to warmly invite you to discover your next cherished seasonal ornament at our festive Wonderful Winter Decorations events, starting next week.
Earlier this year, we asked our highly skilled and imaginative students to design and create original winter decorations. The beautiful results of their creative efforts are now going on sale, with all proceeds going to support the important work of the national homeless charity Crisis.
Founded in 1967 as an urgent response to the growing issue of homelessness in the UK, Crisis works side by side with people to help them rebuild their lives. As winter can be an especially difficult time for people without a home, the British Academy of Jewellery decided to invite its students to use their skills to help make sure that this essential charity can continue its crucial work.
“The British Academy of Jewellery is proud to be able to promote the work of Crisis through Wonderful Winter Decorations,” said Sally Collins, Technical Diploma Coordinator at the British Academy of Jewellery. “Supporting the local community is one of our core values throughout the year, and this initiative is a timely reminder of the importance of this commitment.”

Some of our most recent efforts have raised funds for vital organisations including Blueprint For All and NHS Charities Together.
